Arrival and departure:
The rooms are available from approx. 1.00 p.m. on your day of arrival. If you are arriving after 6.00 p.m., please let us know. The rooms should be vacated by 11.00 a.m. at the latest on your day of departure. All prices are per person and day including half board.

Travel cancellation insurance:
As there have frequently been problems with cancellations at short notice over the last few years, we hope you understand that we have to charge compensation for financial loss in the event of cancellations at short notice. There is no right to withdraw as laid down in the consumer protection code – nevertheless we allow you the following cancellation terms and conditions. Please consider taking out travel cancellation insurance.

General cancellation terms and conditions:
There are no costs if you cancel 30 days before your holiday begins.
We charge 50% of the booked holiday price if you cancel up to 15 days before the holiday begins.
We charge 70 % of the booked holiday price if you cancel between 15 and 7 days before the holiday begins.
We charge 100 % of the booked holiday price if you cancel between 7 days and the start of your holiday or you do not arrive.
We charge the full half-board price if you arrive late or leave early.

Prices:
All listed prices are in euro and per person and day with half board. We charge a supplement of 3.00 € to 5.00 € per person per day with 1–3 nights from April to November. From the beginning of May until the end of October, arrival and departure are possible only on Saturday. Subject to printing errors and changes. Local tax per day and person (from 14 years - school and youth groups up to 18 years excluded) 2,90 €.

From 2025:
All listed prices are in euro and per person and day with half board. We charge a supplement of 5.00 € per person per day with 1–3 nights. From the beginning of May until the end of October, arrival and departure are possible only on Saturday. Subject to printing errors and changes. The Local tax per day and person (from 14 years - school and youth groups up to 18 years excluded) is 2,90 €. 

Dogs:
Your beloved pets are welcome here. Please let us know that you are bringing your dog when you make your enquiry (bring a dog blanket and basket with you)! No access to the outdoor pool, sunbathing lawn, indoor pool and sauna complex.
We charge 15,00 € per dog for the final cleaning.

From 2025:
Your beloved pets are welcome here. Please let us know that you are bringing your dog when you make your enquiry (bring a dog blanket and basket with you)! No access to the outdoor pool, sunbathing lawn, indoor pool and sauna complex.
We charge 18,00 € per dog for the final cleaning.

Rooms:
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. We cannot promise a specific room type for short stays. Unfortunately it is also not possible for us to promise a definite room number or floor at the time of booking. However, we will always try our best to accommodate our guests’ wishes.

Single rooms:
All room types can also be booked as single rooms. A surcharge of 40% on the half board price applies here.

Payment method:
You can pay for your stay in cash, with an EC card or by bank transfer. Consumption in cash, please.
